Who is eligible to purchase ammunition?

In order to purchase ammunition, you must;

  • Set up a user account,
  • Reside in a state or locale where we are permitted to ship, and,
  • Be at least 21 years old.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept payment by credit card. 

Where do you ship?

We will ship to all U.S. states except Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island.  Moreover, we will not ship to the District of Columbia or any location outside the U.S..  While checking out, if you enter an address that will not generate shipping costs, then you have selected a location that we are unable to support. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What are your shipping policies?

We ship via FedEx ground in the original manufacturer boxes when possible.  Signature is not required by an adult, unless you request otherwise at checkout.  Unless state or local law precludes it, we will ship all orders placed before noon on any business day on the same day.  Orders placed after noon will be shipped the following business day.

What do I pay for shipping?

You will pay Caliber Supply’s actual cost for the shipping of your order.  Shipping costs will be generated based on your zip code and order at checkout.  

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Transit times typically take between 1-5 days, depending on your distance from the mid-Atlantic region.

What is your return policy?

Due to the sensitive nature of selling defense and law enforcement products, all sales are final.
